I would like to share the many positive ones, but I am more than dissatisfied with the processing time and the associated professionalism. When I first contacted me, I was asked to summarize the file to be printed in an email and to explain my print request, which I did in the same hour and never received an answer again. I called a total of three times to get the dry and listless answer: “that the capacities are exhausted and it is currently not working”.
I can understand if you are currently too exhausted and therefore have to cancel orders, but you don't need less than two weeks for this.
Great results and extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
