Always in a bad mood and unfriendly! "Package in the car!" Hello? How about please? And if I want to pick up parcels that were delivered on the same day, I reply like "Tomorrow", but in the end my package is always there on the same day, lazy to check and admit any answers! If the messenger wouldn't deliver there, I'd rather go a little further away to pick up my parcels! One star too many!

Just extremely unfriendly every time. One is constantly pissed off. Today it was not possible to send a return with DPD: I couldn't be given a receipt, I had to enclose additional notes, etc. These were not part of the return slip. The return was not a problem on Birkenstrasse - I was served very friendly and of course received a receipt. Worst kiosk in Düsseldorf!
