I've been going to Optik Klöckner for many years and bought all my glasses there.
Of course, the two gentlemen do a great job - Mr. Feldmann has been enriching the business for a few years - and have a very binding and personal approach. However, after half a life with glasses, I can say that I also feel very, very well cared for there professionally. As a further plus point, I see that the range also offers special glasses - not just something striking in screaming bright colors or something, but glasses that express a tasteful style or are simply a little more chic than what otherwise you get from an optician. I always like to browse through the selection, even if I don't need any new glasses at all.
What cannot be judged is whether Optik Klöckner is objectively inexpensive. I already have the feeling that my varifocal glasses have cost a lot of money, but I don't have the feeling that I have spent too much. Because of the whole package, I think Optik Klöckner is inexpensive, or maybe fair. It is clear that it can always be cheaper somewhere, my approach, expertise and, last but not least, the selection of the assortment provide enough added value so that I will continue to go to Optik Klöckner and Mr. Feldmann in the coming years.
