Very bad property management, we have a significant mold problem in our apartment and the property management does not react, you have the feeling that they want to sit it out. Calls or emails are not responded to at all, if you talk to the ladies you are snotty and rude. The only statement we got: "We and the owner have no money, we can't do that". Tenants have to take care of problems themselves, I think that's intentional. I do not recommend renting an apartment with this property manager. We personally have had very bad experiences.
