Don't respond to calls, etc. to get ancillary costs statement for the previous year ... Nothing. If you don't ask and do that about 10 times you get nothing at all. It's September now and I still haven't got the 2019 bill. Damage will not be repaired. If somebody comes you say ... I can't do anything about it ... Thank you, but that's what I call incompetent and no desire to do anything. If you ask VR, only we will take care of it. Well, we'll take care of it, it's been 2 years now. I would like to give 0 stars.

For owners who manage here, there is a risk of a price increase of 100% in 2021. High prices in the PROVINCE + poor service = hands off! VR-Immobilien & Service GmbH has now (as of August 2020) given itself a new branding: Mat appears as a VR-Bankverein and writes the GmbH name in small letters in the margin. A rogue who thinks badly! I recommend everyone to look for alternatives!

I've never dealt with such an incompetent property manager. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. If something is taken care of at all, it takes months - even years. I have the feeling that they have taken over "something" there.
