bad service, horrible horrible online transfer system. website is not even responsive on Android which one has to log in to because of that Photo TAN absolute non-sense. Incompetent customer service on the phone and in person. How hard is it to save all this paper waste and use sms notifications or anything related. Saftladen!...go to N26!! use the future of online banking and leave those primitive businesses.

The only branch of Deutsche Bank in Heilbronn city which is located close to city center. Very friendly and supportive staff. There are also some ATM machines inside the bank.

The work ethic of colleagues on the phone leaves a lot to be desired. It was as if the bank didn't want to make any money - what is the goal of scaring off customers like that? I feel 100% wrong advice. This happened about 8-10 weeks ago.

Parking situation totally cramped and no longer timely. The latter applies to the entire branch and also to the service mindset of the employees.
