Perfekt, hier in NRW gibts die Stracke so nicht. In meiner Kindheit und Jugend Nähe Göttingen bzw. Witzenhausen groß geworden und diesen Geschmack halt nach tollen Tagen im Kopf. Das es dann noch perfekt online zu bestellen ist, ich sage einfach nur Danke, denn ihr macht nicht nur tolle Ware, ihr bringt mit Kindheitserinnerungen zurück, weiter so.
The quality of the goods is undisputedly good. However: 1 week after the order has not been shipped, it is not possible. For this reason it was my last order at the butcher's.

I can really only recommend, whether weckewerk, jellied meat, blood and liver sausage and of course the ahle sausage, everything is very, very tasty!
So far we have ordered twice in the online shop and are slowly working our way through the range. We love the taste and the quality. Everything is delicious and we can strengthen our daughter's northern Hessian roots a little.
It's great that you can order home-made sausage here, like the butcher around the corner in North Hesse. The goods arrive very well packaged and chilled.
