The staff is really friendly. The bank is very clean. The self-service options are also very good. There is a coin deposit machine, a normal ATM, a deposit and withdrawal machine, a self-service terminal for transfers and a bank statement machine. This means that even if the switch is not open, you have almost all options to manage your account.

Account was just several months before immediately !!! deleted, although a notice date was specified by us in writing. Also, it was deleted in the middle of the month instead of the end of the month, even though we paid account fees for a full month. Suddenly all account statements of more than a year were crap and much more ... This happened suddenly and had no access to cash, online banking and debit card. We were shocked and on the phone was on some calls a very unfriendly staff. An impudence for something we could not help it .. Now with great annoyance and problems, after some direct debits had burst like car, Rieser, Bausparer because no account existed, came a lot of letters to us, (partly with dunning fees or imminent dunning fees) and our nerves were there in the end also most of a telephone Bank data change did not quickly accept or emails never arrived and time ran away. Now finally the account was deleted on the desired date, but again !!! too early and not at the end of a month although account fees were paid for a full month! Also, this branch has noticed us before negative, which u.a. also moved to the termination.
