Has had to do with Immotions over the years. Everything worked out to my complete satisfaction every time. I can not understand the negative reviews.

At Immobilienscout 24 we came across an apartment advertisement from Immotions Immobilien and thus came into contact - from making an appointment to view the apartment to signing the rental agreement, everything went smoothly and without problems. The broker, Mr. G., is super friendly, can answer all questions and is always available for queries, which is very pleasant because you always have a lot of questions with a new apartment. Mr. G. responds very quickly to questions and is very reliable when calling back, etc. We are absolutely satisfied with the service from Immotions Immobilien and would always wish for such an agent :)

Very dubious. Agent fee should be paid before the notary, details of the object were wrong, the seller was not allowed to get to know, let alone that you got any information.

HANDS OFF! Absolutely dubious, commission is required in cash in advance, notary is given and no alternative accepted.
