The branch is very nice and ideal for using the ATM. When it comes to inquiring about information or services, I would prefer to use digital offers. I was given incorrect information about a free account model, even though I have researched its accuracy several times. Customer service can be reached quickly via the Coba app without verification, provided you are already registered. It's easier, faster and also more reliable.

Unfriendly staff who do not know how to treat customers. I wanted to spontaneously open an account, did not leave because I had no appointment, but I would not be offered an appointment. The gentleman argued with me afterwards because I was wondering why I can open an account anytime online, but not personally. He said he has to advise me and without an appointment that does not work (weird or that the employees in the bank are there for advice :)). After that he said I should go somewhere else and complain that it has to be in the store for his customers until 9pm. Way with TONER is NOT GAR! I explained to him that he should clarify this with his boss and now open my account at VR-Bank Landsberg, where I am very satisfied.
