This year we bought a property from Mr. Haf. Unfortunately, Mr. Haf is a broker who is responsible for the bad image of the profession. Mr. Haf did not know what is in the land register, he gave wrong advice regarding the underground parking space. We wanted to sell it again afterwards. However, since it is only a special right of use, that is of course not possible. Mr. Haf didn't know when the rent was last increased. An incorrect rental amount was recorded in the purchase agreement. All documents were only sent to us incomplete after several inquiries. It seemed that Mr. Haf had forgotten it again and again. The hiring of the notary was also a fiasco. Two days before the appointment with the notary we received an empty blank notary contract from Mr. Haf. This was forwarded to us as a draft. This can only happen if you don't even open the PDF before forwarding it. I then had to provide the information to the notary on my own. Even at the notary's appointment, the contract was not yet complete, as information from the broker / seller was missing up to this point. These were only 4 of the many mistakes that should not be made. I gave it a grade of 6 for this.
