The mediation of the property purchase worked perfectly with Mr. Riesemann. He was always friendly, competent, available and active in the action. It was more effort (due to special circumstances) to set up the notary contract than you might imagine, plans, architects, salespeople, interested parties, mayors and notaries ... Mr. Riesemann held the necessary discussions with everyone and ultimately brought the mediation to a conclusion. As a young family, we are particularly pleased that when we brokered the property, our real needs and a real, immediate construction intention were found with a weighting in the large number of interested parties and not just the price.
