I'm not a continental customer here, but I have to send the documents myself ... The work is not done here ... Only for my own customers. Too bad. But the gentleman was kind on the phone.

Dear Ms. Wieden, thank you very much for your rating. I don't want to leave this one. You called me towards the end of July / beginning of August and asked me to pass on extremely data protection-relevant data (medical documents), and you were / are being looked after by a colleague I don't know. As I told you on the phone, I only started my job at Conti on July 1st, 2020, so I neither knew whether I was allowed to pass on your data at all - see GDPR law, let alone to whom. (Please imagine if I had forwarded your data to the wrong place, in the Conti Group - you would probably have torn my head off ;-) Seen in this way, I think your assessment "the work was not done" is okay from your point of view, but if you look at the facts, see above, it is not correct.
