I'm european but out of germany/austria. I order there every year. One thing that's annoying is you usually do NOT get the tracking number without asking for it. Anyway the insect quality is usually great, but had scary issue recently : this time, just a week after arriving (well alive), i found my crickets ALL DEAD! Or more like living dead? Only move forepaws.. Before dying for good. After doing some research, it appears to be "cricket paralysis virus". NEVER EVER had that happen to me before during years breeding. Other than that, compared to former years, the zoophobas boxes seems to be much less full. And Dubia boxes had 8pcs instead of "9-13" as announced. Lastly, the BRAPLAST boxes i'm used to order and which are supposed to be crystal clear transparent are just NOT transparent anymore. They're just opaque, like the random plastic box from your nearby utility shop. That's not the fault of the seller obviously. But when i sent them an email to the addresses i got (one hitting directly company owner), i just got no reply. Tried contacting again again, still nothing. So i was basically ignored. That's not nice to ignore a faithful client i think.. Essential when notifying something like this! This takes a big part in my rating. I'd still order again, but i hope for improvments, in communication firstly. I'd change note of course when that'sll happen :)

Hands off! Goods are delivered defective, service very unprofessional. It is better to go to the specialist retailer personally, even if you like to order online in times of Corona. You only regret it! You have a direct contact person on site and complaints are guaranteed to be handled better than here!

Excellent support. So far, my inquiries have always been answered very promptly and very customer-oriented. Deliveries are made very quickly within max. 2 working days and the ordered goods have always been in stock.
