Not recommended at all. Telephone service until long always unoccupied and never reachable. Today comes the message: For operational reasons, the support is not available.

Was insured here for almost 5 years. In the time a damage of the uncomplicated was worked on. Now I have terminated my contract because I have found a cheaper insurance. Deadline is yes the 30.11. Every year. I could not give 5 stars although I was satisfied with the insurance up to date. Unfortunately, the insurance does not let me out of the contract for the mentioned date. Therefore only 4 stars.
