I was in the branch in Heilbronn, not in Böckingen. Approx. In February before the corona broke out. I had 2 concerns. I wanted to give my doctor's certificate because I am likely to fall into sickness benefit. I had questions about how it works. Then I had a tax assessment notice that I wanted to submit. (I am self-employed and that is decisive for my contribution). I was then allowed to take a seat. Strangely, no adviser came down from the free tables in the waiting hall, but an adviser came down the stairs. Of course, she helped me a lot, but it wasn't her area of ​​expertise, she said. I thought that was strange. Shouldn't I come to a consultant with my concerns who is perfectly familiar with sick pay? She even asked me to register at the customer center and I should wait again. Huh? Next time please understand the request. Thank you dear aok. Otherwise you are all very nice and helpful.
