Appointment about 3 weeks via hotline agreed, Mr. Gabeli should confirm with callback appointment, no callback! today would be appointment at 17.00 o'clock, today hotline called in the morning, appointment was confirmed, Mr. Gabeli was not available! 17.00 clock on the spot knew Mr. Gabeli nothing of the appointment! the lady in the background (cheeky) said they were overloaded. Mr. Gabeli said, man should not make appointments with the hotline, only directly. Such a business is not at all !! An impudence ! too bad for Huk-Coburg, so vergrault man NEW CUSTOMERS! would have changed with 8 contracts!

The two are the biggest impudence .... If you always want to read signs with "I'll be right back" and an hour later nobody is still there who can visit this office! Had today at 10 o'clock an appointment and lo and behold today hung a note that they are on 5.5.19 on vacation! Where I'm not sure that they will be back next Monday! I will definitely cancel all insurance at the HUK Coburg, because it brings me nothing that never a contact person is available even if you have an appointment! Unfortunately the HUK can not do anything about it but has to pay for it now.

There are only 2 local consultants, small room and errangel waiting times. Make an appointment or bring a lot of time
