Not good because here is an employee works (Angelika xxx, last name known) which, one can say so, after repeated "experiences" nothing of the terms customer or service orientation may have heard. If you ask a health insurance company in an e-mail to report but then 14 days (!) Nothing happens, the employee, with good will, reports on a pamphlet is the 35-year-old contributor simply shameful. In addition, the contact was not sought by the KKH (as shown in the mail) but several times by the contributor for whom I wrote the e-mails (on behalf of). Answers such as: Then they would not have stolen their wheelchair stop "or as a greeting:" And - now? "Are intolerable 14 days waiting time - and still the injured does not know how the insurance continues to go way. This is unacceptable. We expect an immediate response.
