Probably by far the worst registration office in Germany.
Appointments that you have reserved are not booked and when you show up for the actual appointment, you have to book a new one in one or two weeks.
Of course, great if you can pick up the new car 48 hours later.
Thanks for the time and waste of resources.

Service desert Germany is embodied here. Waiting times on the phone are underground. No competent staff on the phone. The authorities hotline can be completely forgotten. This authority is also not recommended as an employer.
What a shit. 30 minutes of my life wasted.
I just wanted to make an appointment with the driver's license office, so I contacted the district administration by phone as usual. On the first call, I made it clear to the employee that I would like to make an appointment to evaluate the application for my driver's license - at the registration office. So she forwarded me afterwards. After a 15 minute queue, it turned out that I was forwarded to another department. Unable!
Then I was forwarded again to find out after 15 minutes that nobody is currently working in the department ...
I could have saved myself the 30 minutes.

It was my second time at the Bruchsal branch. With an online appointment reservation this works very well. Questions about e-mail traffic are answered quickly. So far I have only had friendly staff.
Driving license applied for three weeks ago. Invoice paid two weeks ago. Since then I have been waiting hard. No report from District Office. Corona or not, what is too much too much !! In the last email you shouldn't try to get information by phone. Great. Then I continue to wait diligently !! 👍💪
