I never had any problems at the Bürgerbüro. The concept with the ticket is very clear and good. The staff have been very nice and helpful so far. Pleasant atmosphere

Was now several times in the Bürgerbüro. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I can not complain. Even the council clerk was always smooth. Nice, competent staff. What more do you want.
