Very good experience with the registry office.
Deduction of points for the accessibility and behavior of individual women in the Citizens' Office. I don't think it's good when yoghurt is eaten in peace and quiet at the desk and minutes of private talks are held in front of the waiting customers. That is just rude. Take your break outside and clock out like others Employees too. And take a look at your job description to see which services the monthly salary is for.
Unfortunately, we have already noticed one person there negatively in their dealings with foreign fellow citizens whom we have provided support. Snippy, unfriendly, bossy. Doesn't work like that at all. Should be transferred to the back office and spoil there with her destructive mood if she doesn't get along with the world of work.
It is a shame for the overall impression, because 2 employees there are always super friendly and fully take on their task - namely to be an office for the concerns of the citizens.
Friendly ladies, no pointless conversations that lasted hours, just a quick explanation.
Yes, the opening times have room for improvement, but you can get through them quickly.
Open at times that you cannot perceive as a normal worker, as you can never be reached by phone
Can one time answer the phone of you lazy aunts there !!! Coffee gossip is always .. Call for 3 weeks every day to nothing .. No trace. For what else a number? idiots Pack
