Very friendly, fast and competent customer service when opening and setting up the internet access - I urgently needed it because of home office. The municipal utilities made it possible. Local companies can react more flexibly and are closer to the customer than global companies.

On the phone you will only be mocked! For 5 weeks we have been waiting for an answer on how much electricity and gas we have to pay for the move! And 5 weeks is really long. Does he ask why I was snapped at and was said that's just how it is now. But as soon as you transfer too little money, everything should happen immediately! Rude and not friendly! Think about whether the people who work there are doing the job right !!

We just had a complete power failure in the Nürtingen area for half an hour, thanks to the Stadtwerke team for the quick fix. Good health to everyone.
