Insolence. The opening times are already short for students and employees and then I was there at 4:40 p.m. on Thursday and no one was there and even on the phone the AB was already switched.

I have been living in Neuhausen for over 25 years. The walk to the citizens' office is a horror every time. To call the employees there scratching brushes would be an insult to every household item. Residents are treated negatively, I have already seen that people from other countries are treated worse than Germans.

I wonder, why do you let absolutely rude and above all incompetent employees work with customers? I still write the complaint, so that the hierarchies also get that. That does not work, as it runs in the civil office!
