I actually don't like going to the lottery shop in Kaufland in Göppingen, as I have often been served impolite and the employees were unsympathetic to the customers. But recently there was a tall, blond employee in the shop who was very nice and courteous. One can only wish for such employees there.

Totally unfriendly and like in another comment you can not be satisfied, you will be welcomed it will be expensive or is incorrectly packaged egaö around four square rectangular or oblong everything is wrong ,,
And mostly from the woman who works there.
From now on I won't go in there anymore, I'd rather go to a Totto Lotto.
The service when delivering the package was unfortunately not satisfactory, I was greeted with a warm "that is dearly welcomed", which I think is not in the sense of DHL. The employee was cheeky and did not particularly know his products and devices. The colleague who came to his aid was very nice and knew his way around.
From the perspective of the CUSTOMER: absolutely lowest drawer! That goes to the two MALE employees! To be in the shop, and to have to address a mobile-focused employee 3 times, for which he reacts, is dubious if this term could be taken in the store.
The only, really great employee is Ms. Lang! a polite hello, a gracious way, and humor are great features that are beneficial to this store.
My view follows from several visits, and can be described in the underscore as: Fehlbesetztes Lokal.
Personally speaking, Ms. Lang was very sorry for me, because she was neither heard nor her one of the two jumping jacks came to help.
This review is made public to give the management a tremendous warning signal.
in my opinion: Mrs. Lang 100 stars, the rest not even half!
