Very very bad staff I sent e-mails 5 times. And me So far no reply. if you also call there. the employee simply says occupied. and she ends the call immediately From 7:30 to 12:30 the employee always says occupied.

I have had very good experiences with the youth social counseling. You do not always have to complain. Much also depends on whether you yourself get involved in and accept help. For me personally, it helped that someone listened to me and accompanied me to my desired doctor. Everyone has to decide for themselves.
