This type of approval is not recommended! I submitted all the documents personally and in the end I incurred costs of 80 euros for the approval of a trailer. You are not informed in advance about the additional fees and if you complain there, you will only be dismissed. My advice to steer clear of this type of vehicle.
Since I needed approval quickly, my choice on Kroschke was a lot. By and large, everything went well, only the customer friendliness should be worked on there urgently buw. the elderly gentleman shouldn't be on the phone, more rudeness is simply not possible. It's a shame, one rotten fruit can spoil the whole harvest.

Bicycle carrier license plate costs 20 € twice as on the net ... I'm full of cardboard otherwise nice and friendly not a thing ... 5 more would have done it ... well
Unfriendly staff. The young lady who "looked after" me seemed incompetent in all respects as well as unfriendly. I had to listen to totally useless statements / answers to my questions. Despite a clear statement that I absolutely want to keep the old license plates, because they have a personal emotional value for me, the above-mentioned lady assured me that they will not be discarded. When I picked up the papers without getting my old license plates, I got the following answer when asked: "Yeah, they're gone." Not recommended at all. 1 star is almost too much
