No star! These are the biggest criminals there are! I advise every self-employed person to insure themselves here! Capitalists and cutthroat are you !!! Account attached and Corona cashed in immediately. The money was used to secure my company, it was not an immediate aid for the health insurance company! That these guys can still sleep in the evening ...

Customer hotline sometimes "differently" defined ... IF anyone answers the phone at all, then you could also call it "senseless waste of life" ... Definitely not recommended! How does a health insurance company want to find new members or keep existing customers ...?

The service is very bad documents are lost, do not come as promised to the IKK member. No one goes to the phone but a hotline that apparently does not understand German. Hence the rating really bad.
