Unfortunately there are no zero points. Unfortunately, there is no telephone availability, after being on hold for over an hour, I'm giving up. Online banking has also become extremely cumbersome and complicated, you only have the impression that you are not wanted as a customer. If you are thinking of opening an account here, just go to one of the many banks that can be reached and also have customer service, both of which are completely unknown here

Accessibility by phone is almost impossible at the moment. I then formulated my request by email. That worked perfectly. I think that with the improvement of security systems, many customers need support. That in turn worked perfectly for me. This stake is what defines a good house bank and how it should be. Kudos to the friendly and qualified staff.

I am a loyal and "satisfied" customer since 1999. It's just a shame that telephone banking no longer works as smoothly as it did then. (Endless computer)

€ 5 account management fees for the account of a deceased person who has been an investor and saver for years. Poor investment advice with hidden processing fees. Inadequate accessibility by phone via computer voice, very time consuming. I once experienced that there was no more cash in the machine. No parking spaces for customers. Cash pool only 3 times in Flensburg, fat fees at all other machines.

Great and very competent staff. I always feel very well advised. There is always enough time for my concerns and there is always a satisfactory solution. The waiting times are very low on the contrary to other banks.
