I have had good experiences with PSD Bank. Usually enough time is taken for the individual needs and questions of the customers. It's a shame that the branch management will soon be leaving due to pregnancy. I heard she won't be returning to this branch afterwards. But I wish all the best and hope that the support continues with the other employees.

I found out about various options for equity funds at PSD Bank. Ultimately, I had the feeling that the advice in this case was rather financial - rather than individually oriented to the customer. Too bad because I had promised myself a little more! I finally got advice from another bank and decided to invest in it. The advice was friendly, but did not seem very patient and understanding with questions or uncertainties that I certainly still had.

I have been a customer of PSD Bank for a year now and switching there was the best decision I could make! There you are treated really fair, the team is super competent and had a solution for all my wishes! Thanks to the capable team, things are finally going uphill again! I can only recommend! 5 stars + :-))

Great and trustworthy advice, especially if you don't understand so much in the area, it was explained very simply and clearly (which you are not used to from the big banks). Definitely recommend it!

I was in PSD Bank Flensburg for advice on investing and felt in good hands there. Ms. Löhn was very competent and friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I can only recommend PSD Bank, where the customer is still the focus.
