A bank according to "my taste" !! (??) Queuing outside in the wind and rain to get my own money, with which the bank works (!). In addition, a cash machine, like customer-friendly. Employees speak - only via appointment and "scrap line" Frankfurt and then all employees are in a meeting, ha, ha, ha, processing .. you can alone. Hopefully the board and supervisory board members in Frankfurt have it as well as the customers here !! 1 star only because less is not possible. Service: set school grade 6-.

Very incompetent and rude advice. One doesn't know what the other is doing. Service zone is also not recommended as the ATM is constantly empty or out of order.
