I lived in a flat managed by I-Kontor for 3 years. This property management is a disaster! The employees are lying, cheating and just not doing their job. For months I had to call to fix a leak in the roof that made a whole wall moldy. I-Kontor has in between even WRITTEN assured me, they have repaired the leak - but was a lie. I did not get an energy bill in three years. For this purpose, the heating was turned off at least once a year by the Stadtwerke, because the ancillary costs, which all tenants had paid, had not been passed on to the public utilities. So if you can avoid it anyway, do not move in there and tell everyone else!

The company can literally enter the bin. You never reach an employee. If something is to be repaired, it takes at least 1 year or it does not happen at all. The staff are also more than poorly trained. Without a lawyer, nothing works. I would not want to recommend anyone.

Never again, you never reach someone. It took me 14 months to get an e-mail back and this is still associated with demands. Without a lawyer there is nothing. Terrible this company

Very bad experiences as a tenant with this property management made. You can call 20 times within 1 month, and will only be put off with alleged recalls that never happen. Personally given dismissals disappear (one has allegedly never received anything) .... etc. Money that should actually be paid to municipal utilities will be withheld. You receive unfounded Nachzahlungsaufforderungen of more than 2,000 euros of water. Terrible. Water damage to the property management does not matter.
