Attention! A lot is kept secret here about rental properties. Apartments are being renovated and rented when they are damp.
Drive ostentatiously with big cars but don't take any money into your hands for tenants.
Reviews are lied to. With reviews you get the standard saying - "You must have made a mistake in the company", although you have a contract with the company.
Definitely hands off! Better to look for an object 2 months more than have to deal with the company.
At the beginning of the year I was looking for a new apartment to rent and contacted the company.
From the first meeting to the handover of the keys everything went perfectly in my opinion, even better because my contact person Mr. Zimmer even “got me” a rental property that exceeded all of my expectations!
I've been living in this apartment for a few months now and I feel very comfortable.
Even with small concerns, Mr. Krämer, the caretaker of the Zimmer Frei company, is on the spot and helps immediately.
Kudos here too!
The first thing I would do if I was looking for another apartment was to contact this company again.
