I join the bad recessions. Nagel Immobilien and Jessen Grundbesitz are the same association. Google under Nagel Immobilien Flensburg. My partner's daughter rented an apartment for her studies. The contract was signed quickly and then it started. No work was done in the apartment. Not even the apartment door could be locked. The foreign employee cannot communicate with you. Two of the friends of college lived in other houses. They had mold in their apartments. The deposit is only paid out after threats with a lawyer. Not recommendable. Administration is impossible and you are treated as a second class person. We are waiting to see if our deposit will be transferred in the next few months.

Mold, no hot water, water drips from the ceiling when it rains, heating failure for several weeks in winter, leaky doors and windows, ... oh, I could go on forever. And NO repairs! The property management is not available, puts you on appointments and does not respond to written notifications of defects. Under all cannon. One could think now "So blatant !? That is not possible!" But! Experience everything yourself;)

You have experienced a lot and heard a lot, but this administration knocks the bottom out of the barrel. They buy cheap houses, come with a bucket of cheap paint, so that it looks good for renting, and then the big fuss begins. I now know 8 tenants at Jessen Grundbesitz, but I don't know a house that doesn't rot. CAREER: RENTING IS OVER NAGEL REAL ESTATE! SAME CLUB !!! Please inform yourself exactly before signing the contract, otherwise there will be a bad awakening afterwards. This is by no means an exaggeration. You should really only become a tenant here if you have lawyers among your friends. Because even to notifications of defects by registered mail is not responded to here.
