Very slow in responding to questions, office not open as stated on webside and office front door!

Not responding to calls and emails in any way. The subjective way in which they take care of their customers and properties is not only unprofessional, but also a sign of a lack of conflict management training. Now you have to take legal action to make yourself heard. Too bad. Not recommendable.
