Not recommended. If an apartment application is rejected, do not even call, but simply sit it out because you have too "many applicants" and you cannot call everyone. For me just unprofessional and sad.

Hard to reach by phone. When you reach someone, very rude and not very competent. There is no reply to emails at all. Not recommended.
