Catastrophic! Here the power of the people behind the desks is being used incessantly and absolutely immorally! Things are wrongly claimed here and traded without good reason! We checked with other authorities that what happened here should never have happened. Unfortunately, the people behind the desks often have the longer lever.

One of the best registration offices. Despite many drawn queues, the employees strive to serve all customers quickly and competently. No long waits at the counters because there is an organized output switch! Keep it up!

Subject youth welfare office I can only recommend to any maintenance payer to have the calculation of the youth welfare office checked. For me it was calculated wrong. Although I pointed out to the employee, he insisted on his wrong calculation. Only when I turned on my lawyer and contacted his boss was a recalculation made. In addition, the data protection was violated. What was displayed by my side to the data protection officer. My request for a new clerk was rejected. Despite complaint to the youth office manager and the district administrator, I have achieved nothing. Just incompetent !!!!!!

I only have 2! Hours! needed to pick up my residence card. And there were only 6 people in the queue.
