We have moved and had to re-register our 4 vehicles. We didn't have to wait 5 minutes. The description of all vehicles went just as smoothly within 20 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

far and wide, by far the best admission office. You should be able to assign more stars here. Uncomplicated, helpful, flexible, organized and structured, friendly and polite. Here you are treated like that as a paying customer. Despite Corona and the associated restrictions, work is carried out here. You never have to wait longer than 2 days for appointments and if there is air, you can also come by by phone. Work was carried out here even during the 'first corona wave' in spring 2020. Other authorities simply canceled appointments and locked the door and were no longer available. The admissions office can be reached by email as well as by phone. Many other authorities can cut a very big slice here and see how to do it. Keep it up !!

The staff there are always friendly and helpful. But in regular operation at peak times, there are always too few counters manned. That works better in other admission offices.

Very quickly served, all wishes met. Car change of registration, with desired license plate: from parking to driving away less than 25 minutes There is actually nothing to complain about

I have had negative and positive experiences at the Alzey vehicle registration office. Two to three years ago the employees there were a little "grimmer" than they are now, complications are less common than they were then!
