The citizen service has always been friendly and competent over the last 16 years that I had to use it. Both in person, by email or on the phone.

The very nice registrar gave a nice speech and created a relaxed atmosphere. There is a large room (meeting room style) that fits over a hundred people. The is not very nice, but big :) The wedding room is nicely decorated, but was too small.

Disaster in terms of climate protection!

Whether they have ever heard of good customer service? There you stand 15 minutes in the reception area and no pig can be seen at the reception! After having raged home again and trying to reach the store by phone, not even someone answered the phone. Whether the employees are too busy with themselves ?? And once you meet someone there, this is also annoyed and unfriendly!
