A good friend unexpectedly lost her beloved stepfather in April and the family was looked after by the Klotz funeral home from the start. Everything from bureaucracy to funeral was organized and accompanied. If I had known about them when my mother died, I would have chosen them, because unfortunately we have had completely different experiences with another company.
