On the occasion of the death of my wife and mother, we turned to the funeral home Best. Thank you very much for the human and professional help that was very discreet, friendly and dignified during this difficult time. Our special thanks go to our contact person Mr. Arent. We can wholeheartedly recommend this funeral home. Fortunately, we took care of the entire process plus the administrative handling of all formalities. All in all, very competent and compassionate contacts. A farewell couldn't be more dignified.

Very very nice and above all very competent staff. We felt more than comfortable, even though it probably went down in this situation, to pronounce the appropriate recognition to the team. That's why at this point, thank you.

Preliminary talk was quite okay. After that it was just bad. The funeral orator came on Wednesday and mine: See you next week for the funeral. We were surprised and told her that the funeral is already tomorrow morning. Luckily that worked and she did a good job. On the day of the funeral I realized that nobody from the funeral home (that was promised in the preliminary talk) is there and that the flowers ordered for the urn and the grave flowers are not there. The grave speaker called the undertaker. The funeral procession began to move and a woman from the florist rushed past us with the petals in the direction of the grave. The flower decoration for the urn was never delivered and there was no real excuse. In such a moment, it's all a NO GO.
