As a full-time student, I have not been able to pick up my driver's license for a few weeks, because the opening hours are exactly on my school hours. I would actually have to spend some school hours to pick up the driver's license, as there could be 1-2 hours of waiting time. Great crap

Catastrophe! My daughter wanted to pick up her FS and went to the city administration three times. Thursdays, 3 p.m .... no staff on site! Nobody knows anything in the city administration! Then Wednesday morning at 11: 35h .... there is no waiting line because it is too late? Next Thursday / waiting time 2 hours for 2 minutes picking up the final FS ..... you can tell that the city doesn't really care about the life of its fellow citizens! Why is it not possible to pick up the FS at the information desk as well as passports and ID cards?
