I wanted to deregister a vehicle. There are only dates in January. Through a phone call, I found out that this can also be done without an appointment. I was there today. All counters are manned but nobody is there to register a vehicle. Citizen service the same. Hardly anyone there. Then why do you only get appointments in January. Worms is decreasing more and more.

Had to reserve an appointment 2 months in advance. Otherwise everything went great. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I've already been to several city or district administrations, but what's going on in Worms is really not normal. The staff is very rude and the waiting time for an appointment is also a disaster. I wonder why For something that you used to do spontaneously in one day, you now have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment. I don't see any connection with Corona, except that the city administration makes life very easy for itself. The employees of the Worms city administration should finally leave their comfort zone. I also think it's funny that some of the employees are still very snooty. I really wonder what reason they have for being like this and I even have to stop my grin. It's time something changed here.

Call nobody available Emails are not answered, online appointments constantly something went wrong and if you want to make an appointment on site you have to call or online .... really embarrassing I would unfortunately have to give a star so that I can write my opinion otherwise I would not even given a star!

2.5 months waiting time for a simple appointment for an extension of the resident parking permit speaks - Corona or not - simply for a lousy organization. In the evenings, the cars of all inner-city residents pile up in the free parking spaces outside the parking zones ...
