There is hardly a citizen's office that does less for its citizens than the one in Worms.
Almost nothing can be done online or requested in advance. Even making appointments online often doesn't work. And if you have an appointment, you still have to queue.
If you ask for documents that have to be brought for an appointment, one is usually missing and all hell starts all over again.
It is made as difficult as possible to deal with your concerns quickly and easily.
I don't understand how you can work like that. The management should look around for digital possibilities as soon as possible in order to reduce the workload and optimize processes. Alternatively, fill the position with someone who is interested in improving the current situation. You're welcome!
Had a phone call this morning about an animal welfare case and was promptly forwarded to an employee who, unfortunately, had no responsibility either. I was skeptical whether I would ever hear anything again ... Less than 2 hours later I got a call from the responsible office (veterinary office) on my handi, and the process was resolved. That's what I call citizen service and animal welfare in practice. thank you
