I ordered 3 birth certificates, paid about 30-40 € and got them back folded in half. Didn't have any more money for DINA 4 Post envelopes. Long waiting time and was not even informed although I gave a phone number every time that you have to order it separately.
And I also think it's overpriced.
So I don't post a lot, but that really annoyed me. And that with documents that are important for the later life of my child.
We were there for documents and everything was explained to us well beforehand on the phone and questions answered. The woman was very nice and accommodating.
Apply for a birth certificate for our newborn son. The lady was very friendly to me and checked all documents in advance by email. 2 days later everything was there :) great !!
Can only be recommended! I can not understand or confirm all these negative reviews. It may also depend on the registrar. But we had a wonderful wedding with a super, loving registrar and words for the heart. It was perfect all round!
The woman on the phone is very unfriendly and does not want to give a satisfactory answer. I hope that if I go by, the employees aren't that rude either.
