Ordered and paid back via PayPal after two days without comment. If the goods are sold out, you could have sent a personal email "Sorry for the circumstances" etc. But as a customer you don't know where your turn is, therefore NEVER AGAIN and not recommended for me .

Order here for about 2 years and I am very satisfied. Unfortunately, there are very few pet food distributors who sell Grau cat food and send it to Austria, but BIG has an excellent range here. I've never had any returns, but I've still had good experiences with the company if something doesn't go as usual: At the beginning of the year, I suddenly couldn't pay with PayPal as usual at BIG - the PayPal button had simply disappeared. My inquiries in this regard were unfortunately only dismissed by employees with a virtual shrug (I should ask PayPal) and finally ignored. I persisted and after a long back and forth the owner finally took care of the matter personally and quickly discovered that the PayPal payment had been switched off by mistake for Austrian customers and immediately switched it on again. Since then everything has been working perfectly! Shipping is always quick and the goods always arrive well packaged. My four-legged friends like it and they are getting rounder and rounder. Only here can I get the cat food I need and usually it’s also the cheapest here. Unfortunately, the current stock is not updated quickly enough, so it has happened a few times that I had ordered goods that were not available. Here it was always checked that - taking into account my order history - I get an equivalent replacement delivery (e.g. same brand, number etc. but a different type of meat) so that I don't have to wait long for my order. In the beginning it worked quite well until my cats no longer liked certain types of meat and it was no longer possible to exchange them. For this reason, I had to send the replacement delivery back once and then, since it had arrived in the meantime, the item I had actually ordered - all quickly and easily. I have no difficulty in reaching someone within opening hours and now I always get an email / call when an item is no longer available so that I can decide beforehand whether the item should be exchanged or a few more Want to wait days for the show. The VAT reduction seems to be currently being passed on as a "Corona discount". All in all good and there were no problems that could not be solved quickly. 5 Stars

Long processing time, should be sent to phone then goods, then after 3 days then found by mail, that it is not as they have communicated by phone and now even rude and no insight that the error was up to you and not with me. Never again.
