A very nice and competent team that knows how to sell bicycles and gives the customer a good feeling. Made-to-measure bicycles are nice, because an ideal seating position prevents incorrect and overloading. What is not so nice, however, is unorganized action and making the customer wait or having them come to the store 5 times because of various things that could have been done in advance if one had an adequate and organized store concept. In addition, I am more than disappointed by the fact that additional products are being sold that are of no use, but are supposed to improve the sitting position on the bike, although it was numerically refuted in retrospect (when measuring yourself). As a new customer, that doesn't give me the feeling of appreciation.

So what can I say competent advice, friendly, really great shop and above all the bikes really a blast and the prices according to the quality. I'm really happy that I found the store, great guys keep it up. I can only recommend.

From the initial meeting, to finding the size, to buying and adjusting the bike, everything was very relaxed. You noticed that the team doesn't just want to sell, but also caters to all customer needs. A top address for everything to do with bikes 👌🏼

It's a nice shop. I think the service department is very nice and professional. I'm happy that there is such a great shop in Recklinghausen.

After the very good and honest consultation of 90 minutes with coffee, I made the right decision. I can recommend the Edelhelfer unreservedly.
