Even the head office cannot be reached. You should call the order service. Also not to be reached. If you somehow got to the number of a servant. Is busy or he does not answer for hours / days. Emails are not answered for weeks and then incomplete. Horror!

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star, I would rather give minus 5 stars! 8 weeks for an appointment at the registration office to register my vehicle ??? Reason because of Corona ??? Hahaha other people have to work too (sorry for the foreign word work). P. S. If you hire a company to register, the whole thing takes 2 days with additional costs and that should then be citizen-friendly! Without words

I had to use the district administration several times (at least 4 times and 3 times with Mr. Mamon) for a wide variety of services. They were always very courteous and nice to us. The last time (09/10/2020) we were there too late for the appointment and still the nice Mr. Altmaier-Ferro helped us (always politely with a smile on his face). We had the same service at our community, the behavior of the lady there was unfortunately a reason for us to go back to the district administration. So actually I can't think of anything more about the shop. But if you try to reach someone there for over a week, regardless of whether by phone or e-mail and nobody answers or answers, that is a very big indictment. Either you are pushed away, the receiver is lifted and clapped again, or the answering machine is simply switched on. When you reach someone you are forwarded again and again, as if nobody was responsible for anything or nobody really has any idea of ​​what they are doing or rather should be doing. Just awful and bottom drawer !!!!!!

Apart from the fact that it is absurd that you need more than three weeks for an appointment for a vehicle registration (if you do not want to hire a registration service). The staff do their best to look after and help you. Experience with porter, registration office.
