In general, I've never had any problems. The rubbish has always been fetched and the sidewalk didn't look as wild afterwards as is often feared. However, possibly due to the current situation, it takes a long time to get an appointment. Regarding availability by phone, it must be said that you have to be patient because it is difficult to get someone on the line. I can't say why that is, but it should possibly be improved.

I'm curious to see by when the paper garbage that hasn't been sent down the street will be picked up. The appointment was Tuesday. Today is Friday.. If you are very lucky, the phone will be picked up, the gods will know what happens then. The paper is now soaking wet and is rotting away. Addendum: According to the Rheinpfalz, the price of waste paper is in the basement and hardly any money is made with it. Why you don't take the wet paper with the residual waste, but send an extra team on residual waste day to pick up the paper in an alley with maybe 10 buckets, whoever wants to understand.

For weeks I've been trying to call the bulky waste hotline and every time the tape announcement comes with the alleged times of availability. After a mail request, the only answer came that you can only make an appointment for the bulky waste by phone.

For a week I've been trying to reach the "bulky waste on demand" via their hotline ... no one, except a band, could be reached. The headquarters of the commercial enterprise cannot be connected ... a tragedy by the city administration. The only thing that works is the debiting of the property taxes and that on time !!!!
