Rarely available to anyone. Vehicle registration office is an absolute outrage! Unfriendly and absolutely not helpful!

By far the most unfriendly public order office far and wide. This Ms. Saller or whatever her name is, I've never seen anything so unfriendly. Profession definitely misses.

Very good organization in the pandemic time (uncomplicated online appointment arrangement, exemplary hygiene concept). Friendly and competent employees.

An absolute cheek ... Appointments completely understandable because of Corona, but a thing impossible to get through with this great "appointment hotline" to make an appointment. I tried to call the whole morning every day for a week to make an appointment, then there was no response by e-mail either. Other administrations have also managed to set up an online appointment allocation for all important positions such as driving license settings ... at the city of Ludwigshafen this is probably impossible ... Citizenship grade 6.

An office that belongs to Ludwigshafen is the motor vehicle authority. In spite of existing insurance protection, 2 female employees from this office stamped my vehicle and put it out of operation. Contract documents confirming my insurance protection and telephone confirmation on the same day were ignored, one of the women was even so suspicious and didn't even want to believe that he was on the phone from the car insurance company. Corrupt and without honor and then they boast that Germany is a constitutional state, the only question is from which perspective. As a human being you should be ashamed of yourself.
