I applied for my birth certificate on August 15, 2019, and everything went very well until then!
But now I got a letter towards the end of 2020 that the fee could not be debited. How slow are you in town ??? On August 16, 2019, according to your stamp, it was considered done and over 1.5 years later you saw what went wrong. Mistakes can happen, but that's embarrassing!
AGAIN bad experience with advice and so-called service at the citizen service. The information we received on the phone has proven to be wrong on site at the Waldhof Citizen Service. Means: make a new appointment (and wait 10-15 minutes in the queue again), request a document that you supposedly didn't need, go there again, etc. AND: As always, none of the employees there are interested - "that's the way it is".
Very good canteen, very good service.
I've been in the queue for almost 3 hours now and slowly sliding from place to place forwards, if I had no two telephones, I could never stay in the queue for as long.

Very bad accessibility. You always get the message that all lines are busy. There is no queue and no recall offer. You are always asked for a later call.
I tried it about 15 times this morning, now I've given up. How should you do your civic duties there? This is not a service, it is an imposition !!! I think I will now write a letter - and have it delivered by courier - it is faster. (... conditions like in old times ... but it worked)
